简述	本品对血小板聚集的抑制作用，适应症包括：降低短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)及其继发脑卒中的风险，降低稳定性和不稳定性心绞痛患者的发病风险，预防大手术后深静脉血栓和肺栓塞等。主要不良反应为胃肠道不适以及增加出血风险。对水杨酸过敏者禁用。本品原研商为Bayer，本品有效成分阿司匹林在美国多以复方制剂存在，剂型多为胶囊。1982年华东医药(西安)0.3g规格最先在国内市场上市，目前本品国内生产批文包含40mg、50mg、300mg等规格。推荐Bayer的100mg片剂“拜阿司匹灵”为参比。
